The Rally Group B Shrine (rallygroupbshrine.org), henceforth referred to as “This Website”, was created for historical preservation and educational purposes by its owner, main author and chief editor, Jay Auger – henceforth referred to as “The Owner”;
This Website, including all of its content, is for your private use only. Any form of electronic or physical duplication methods, including but not limited to, copy/paste of text, screen capture, download or other means is strictly forbidden – criminal prosecution may be initiated against any offender;
Honest attempts are made to provide the most factual and correct information possible which mainly comes from various respected journalistic sources or publications. In case of information disparity or conflict between these sources, the Chief Editor has no choice but to make an “educated guess” based on his decades of experience and vast topical knowledge. As such, some of the written information contained in This Website may be based off The Owner’s or the article-specific Author’s personal opinion, which will be published as, but not limited to, italic text and therefore should not be taken as actual or irrefutable fact. The Rally Group B Shrine and The Owner reserves all rights for its original, creative textual content found in This Website. It is strictly forbidden to use or copy the textual content and media material for the purpose of, including but not limited to, financial gain, editorial work, other professional work, blogging and influencing on social media platforms or to create any work or website that might be competing in nature with This Website. Private use, including sharing hyperlinks to This Website on social media, is otherwise permitted as long as it is for the sole purpose of study, research, criticism or review. However, for any and all permitted use, it is obligatory that you publicly and clearly acknowledge the article-specific Author and This Website as the source. Criminal prosecution may be initiated against any offender;
Any form of duplication methods, physical or electronic in nature, including but not limited to, copy/paste of text, screen capture, downloading images or videos of This Website’s content is strictly forbidden. NOTE CONCERNING PUBLISHING DATES: Most of This Website’s articles were previously written by and hosted on The Owner’s personal blog (reccerallysport.com – now defunct) in the 2014-2015 time-frame. All then current articles were transferred to This Website in January & February 2016. As such, the original publishing dates were electronically lost after the transfer but The Owner reserves copyright from January 1st, 2014 on all his articles unless a post-February 2016 date is registered in our electronic systems. If such a date is available then the copyright is active from that specific point for each article, respectively.

3) PAID MEMBER SUBSCRIPTIONS;

By clicking “REGISTER” or “SUBSCRIBE” or “RENEW SUBSCRIPTION” on any of the Payment Portal (PayPal and STRIPE) forms found within This Website, you agree to be immediately charged with the full amount of your chosen Paid Member Subscriptions plan, including any future charge for auto-renewals. Be mindful that if your plan has auto-renewal, such as the “MONTHLY” and “YEARLY” plans, it is your responsibility to Disable the auto-renewal option or Cancel your subscription under the “Subscriptions” tab in YOUR ACCOUNT before the renewal takes effect. Do NOT use PayPal or Stripe to cancel your subscription since it will not successfully register in our servers, resulting in possible attempts to charge you again, and you bear full responsibility if such charges or fees from the Payment Portals occur. If you (re)activate the auto-renewal or use the “Renew” options in Your Account, you agree to be charged with the full amount of your chosen subscription plan at time of renewal, including any future charge for said auto-renewals;
All Paid Membership Subscriptions are NOT refundable and valid only for the duration indicated on the chosen plan at time of purchase, including subsequent auto-renewals or manual renewals. You can verify the expiration date of your subscription under the “Subscriptions” tab in YOUR ACCOUNT. Only under very rare case-to-case basis may a refund or a free duration extension ever be possible such as for a prolonged outage of This Website, other “force majeure” events or special considerations. The Owner reserves full rights of decision towards refunds and free duration extensions such as to accept or to decline them without prejudice and also reserves the rights to deduct a service charge in the amount of his choosing on any refund issued. All requests for refunds are to be made in plain and readable English or French, using proper respect and decorum, by filling out the form available by CLICKING HERE. Any requests made with unproper, threatening or incomprehensible language will be automatically denied and may be reported to the proper authorities;
This Website and The Owner reserve the rights to change all Paid Membership Subscriptions plans costs and durations without prior notice. This Website shall however make an honest effort of sending notice to all subscribers of any change or future change in a timely manner. All active subscriptions plans at time of the change(s) will be honoured at their respective original cost and duration at time of purchase. Be mindful that if your current subscription has auto-renewal such as MONTHLY and YEARLY plans, it is your responsibility to verify its new cost and duration and cancel either the auto-renewal option or your subscription by accessing YOUR ACCOUNT before the renewal takes effect if you do not agree with the new price or duration;
All Paid Member Subscriptions payments are STRICTLY to be made with the Payment Portals (PayPal and STRIPE) forms found in This Website, including transactions made from YOUR ACCOUNT. No subscription shall be possible via the donation option. In no instance shall This Website or The Owner ask for a payment to be made outside of using the Payment Portals forms on This Website – if you receive such a request then it is most likely fraud and must be reported immediately by CONTACTING US;
The Payment Portals (PayPal and STRIPE) are the full responsibility of their Operators. This Website does NOT store any of your critical payment information. You therefore fully indemnify This Website and The Owner from responsibility for any data loss or theft, any subsequent damages including, but not limited to, identity theft, fraud, harm to personal reputation, or other financial losses and damages to equipement incurred from your use of the Payment Portals;
It is strictly prohibited for the Paid Member (the person who purchases a subscription plan) to share his login credentials so as to allow other people, entities or electronic systems access to This Website’s paid membership-only content. It is however allowed for the subscription to be used by immediate family members present in the same household as the Paid Member. Sharing a discount code that has been privately communicated to you by This Website is also prohibited. Criminal prosecution may be initiated against any offenders;
Your Paid Membership Subscriptions does NOT give you or any member of your household permission to use the textual content or other medias found within This Website for the purpose of your financial gain or for any commercial operation including, but not limited to, a magazine article or television and film productions. This Website, including ALL of its content, is for your private use only. Although This Website is an expansive source of information on the Group B era, there are NO guarantees that you will be able to find very specific, rare or niche information that you might have been looking for at the time of your Paid Membership Subscriptions plan purchase. Absolutely NO refunds will be issued in such an event. It is mandatory that you CONTACT US before subscribing to ask if a specific information can be found within This Website;
The main goal of This Website always was to preserve Group B history and make it available to everyone – not turn a profit. However, This Website was never able to reach financial parity versus its hosting and operating costs through advertisement, donations or other means. Thus, it was an unfortunate necessity to make access to most of This Website’s vast content through Paid Membership Subscriptions. All revenue is used as compensation for The Owner’s effort, time and fees associated, past, present and future, of setting up and operating This Website and its related projects;

4) DONATIONS;

Donations to The Owner of This Website are made entirely of your own free will and you attest to making a personal gift in consideration for The Owner’s vast personal efforts, past, present and future in supporting Group B history. Your donation can in no way be claimed or considered as for any other purpose;
Donations cannot be returned or refunded, be claimed as tax credit for a charitable or non-profit organisation, be used to purchase a Paid Membership Subscriptions plan, or be used as a means to coerce, harm or alienate This Website, The Owner, Team Members or article-specific Authors;
All donations shall be kept strictly anonymous and private by all parties;
By donating you agree to ALL of the Terms and Conditions listed in this section (4).

5) CONTRIBUTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A “Contributor” is a person, organisation or corporate entity, including all Authors and Writers published on This Website with the exception of The Owner, that has chosen to freely provide information or other material to This Website, no matter the means in which they were transmitted. All textual content, pictures or other static imagery, audio or video, and hyperlinks or embedded content submitted by the Contributor to This Website are henceforth referred to as “Contributions”;
The Contributor’s full legal name shall be freely given to This Website when submitting Contributions. The Contributor shall allow This Website to publish its, his or her name. Anonymity can however be granted in certain specific conditions, such as for a public figure, at The Owner’s discretion. If anonymity is granted, The Contributor allows publication of its, his or her initials;
The Contributor warrants to This Website and The Owner that The Contributor owns or controls the Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright) to the Contributions or that it is does not infringe on any existing Copyright and other Intellectual Property rights or that it is free thereof;

Unless different express arrangements were made with The Owner, the Contributor hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives, in respect of any Contribution and any updates or revisions to such Contributions, all rights to be identified as the Author of such Contributions and all rights to object to derogatory treatment of such Contributions to which the Contributor may now or at any future time be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. However, it is This Website’s belief in fairness to mention the original Authors and/or identify the original Intellectual Property owners with attribution in its publications at The Owner’s discretion, even if the Contributor has already waived all claims, present or future, to Copyright of such Contributions;
All Contributions shall be made upon the Contributor’s own free will and is without monetary recompense or reward by This Website or The Owner. All other arrangements shall strictly be kept private by all parties;
